We want everyone to be able to read and use this site, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion.
Our standard
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We treat that as a working target and keep testing against it. We do not claim the site is free of every barrier.
What we have done
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks, and labels so assistive technology can navigate them.
- Everything can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
- Text and controls meet AA contrast requirements.
- Animation is subtle, never flashes, and is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- The request form labels every field, announces errors, and does not rely on color alone.
- Layouts reflow on small screens and when text is enlarged to 200 percent.
- We do not use accessibility overlay widgets.
